If you are concerned about the fate of the Osborne Hill property and the trails therein, please consider attending the county planning commission meeting on this Thursday (6/25) at 1:30PM at the Rood Center in Nevada City.As many of you know, this property is adjacent to Empire Mine State Historic Park and has many trails. The developer wants to create a subdivision of 76 high end homes, plus additional buildings, a county-run-and-maintained septic system and a new paved road from the top of the hill out to Rattlesnake that will bisect existing trails.
** The County should hear about how important these trails are to the community **
